Twenty years ago Cameleon started the production, sale and distribution of educational materials for elementary and secondary school levels. Subsequently, Cameleon carried through several sizable projects in North America, Europe and Asia. At the same time, the company signed distribution agreements with European and Asian partners for the North American market.

In order to better satisfy the local educational needs, Cameleon had to, as it grew, broaden the scope of its products and services which led to Cameleon joining forces with Spectrum Educational Supplies Limited for their distribution on the Quebec territory.
